Power Name: Super Strength (2 slots, above human level)
Catagory: Technology
Description: Dynamo's artificial muscles afford him strength flesh-and-blood humans are incapable of. This, combined with his enhanced reflexes, grants him superior combat ability.
Limits: Dynamo is not unrealistically powerful; he could not stop a moving train or lift a fallen building. He would likely be injured if hit by a large truck. His current strength still can't match that of real superheroes. The most he can lift is 1,500 lbs (680 kg) In the future, he may be able to augment his strength even further.

Power Name: Enhanced Reflexes (2 slots, above human level)
Catagory: Technology
Description: Not a power, but a dramatic increase in combat reflexes enabled by augmentations to the cerebellum. He has superb agility and precise control of motor functions. Allows him to more easily dodge/counter attacks by hand-to-hand attackers and take on multiple adversaries.
Limits: It is difficult to dodge bullets, laser blasts, etc., since they move faster than him. If seriously harmed, reflexes decrease.

Power Name: Armored Exoskeleton (2 slot, lesser advanced technology)
Catagory: Technology
Description: Dynamo's heavy metal exoskeleton protects him from serious harm from characters without super strength. Normal strength players who strike Dynamo may inflict very little damage, if any, and are likely to hurt themselves more than him.
Limits: Bullet resistant, but not quite bulletproof. Laser blasts and super-strength blows will soon wear down his armor. When Dynamo's armor is weakened, he must either evade or escape. Armor must be repaired between battles.

Super Strength and Enhanced Reflexes are approved at 2 slots each. Armored Exoskeleton should be at 2 slots. Consider it approved but you can't add it to your power list until you have another slot open.
