Posting Order and Penalties
I've had a few complains some players are not following posting order. AKA people are not waiting their turns. This can make things chaotic and lead to obscene point buildup. Not that gaining points is a bad thing, but when you are making a ton of short posts when you could make one or two thoughtful and deep posts, you are taking advantage of the RP reward system.
So... Per thread, if you are found to be ignoring posting order you will get the following penalties:
First offense: Warning
Second offense: 10 point deduction
Third offense: 15 point deduction
Fourth offense: 20 point deduction
And so on. Please follow the rules so everyone can have fun.

I like this. It's a good system.

But let say this say one character was shoting at another or grabbed another character, that character should be able to respond even if there is another player behind them that is currently not online, because the 3rd character may be on the that is currently grabbing or shoting at the other player.
This is my only concern about this because people who are just trying to save their character may be penlized do to skiping over another character.

Combat and action can probably be a little more lenient, but even so posting order should usually be followed. You aren't supposed to directly affect another character in a serious way without giving leeway (you would say you shoot AT the charrie, not that you shot them three times in the stomach) so it would be possible for another player to intervene by interrupting or assisting.
