OOC: Hello everyone! This is Over Lord, The Ninja's evil character. He is a bit more of a plot driver than a standard RP character, but will still participate in RP.

IC: Hello. Obey the law, or you will die. That's not a threat. That's a fact. Offend me personally and I will eat you. If you are lucky you will feel as little pain as me, but few people in this world are lucky. I'm one of them. I'd be willing to wager you are not. And wagers tend to be won by the lucky.

Hm, well that is quite a statement, my good sir. I suppose it might behoove me simply to stay out of your way. I'm wise enough to know when I am dealing with psychopaths outmatched, and one never makes deals with the utterly insane those they know can best them, eh?

(Yeah, I've just read the bio and this introduction, and already this guy scares the ever-lovin' snot out of me!)

We have an overpopulation of rogues (some of which really should be classified as antiheroes IMO), next an overpopulation of heroes, and finally a shortage of true evil characters.

I should certainly have to concur with you, dear boy. A high concentration of villainy is good for business anyway. When the stakes are the highest, that's when when I get most of my business. Still, I may want to steer clear of this particularly... eccentric fellow, and hope that the "side effects" of his doings will bring in enough income for me to stay out of his way for a good, long, while...

I know! How am I to rule all the others when there isn't any minions and lesser villains around to serve me? How am I supposed to be powerful and important if there isn't anyone for me to step on and over?

It's a lot harder to RP. Hopefully the corrupt governments in New Carthage and Grimm City will make it a bit easier, though.

Personally, I think Argent's doing a fabulous job at screwing things up for the populace. *sniff* Phyllis herself might have considered something like it, but of course she was far too attached to my character. Oh, and that siren boy of course. So sentimental, the dear girl.
