Lumen's powers
Power type: High energy light beam (2 slot)
Category: technological/biological
Description: Lumen uses his right hand to channel the energy produced by his body into his hands. This is enough to blind others for a short time (1 minute of blindness for every ten seconds of direct exposure) and start small fires.
Weakness: only one minute of energy blast for every ten minutes of harvesting from his body
Power type: Shocking revelation (2 slots)
Category: technological/biological
Description: bolt of lightning arching from his left hand enough to stun people for a few moments, depending on distance. If touching 10 minutes of stun, 1 foot away 9 minutes, and so on.
Weakness:this takes a lot out of him, so slightly dizzy after using. Plus, the one minute blast for every ten minutes harvesting from his body
Power type: dagger of justice (one slot)

Description: small dagger found on black market, curved blade with ornate handle. Five inches long
Weakness: It’s a knife, so all normal limits of wielding a knife

Shocking Revelation needs to be a much shorter time and deteriorate more quickly.
How about you make it so you are skilled with daggers and just RP the dagger? It's not special tech so you don't need a dedicated power.

Ok then shocking revelation if touching five minutes of stun, one foot away three minutes of dizziness, five feet away, only pain. I'll put in a different form later. And how about dagger fighting skills instead of dagger, same description and weaknesses, along with the fact he is unused to fighting any other way

If five feet away or closer then the full shock only dizzies the up to three targets
Weakness only up to three targets, only one target when touching, 15 minutes for full charge, 7 minutes for half charge. half charge has a minor effect on targets when not charging, but it is of no consequence.
