Physical Description: Akai has uncanny ice blue eyes with an empty and saddened gaze. She prefers to keep her stark white hair tied up in elaborate braids, letting her slightly tapered ears show, something she picked up from far back in her lineage. Akai stands at 5’9” and is willowy, perhaps slightly anorexic even. A scar striped across the bridge of her nose tells a tale she will not speak to anyone.

Costume: Akai wears more modern like clothes- jeans, a leather jacket, and fingerless leather gloves.



Biography: Akai grew up far away from any contact from the outside world. Though much of her past is shrouded in the lies she tells people about herself, but it is known that the homeland she once had was obliterated when she was several years younger, and not a person she loved was left alive. In a bitter and vengeful want for justice, Akai vowed to travel as far as she had would have to in sake of avenging her loved ones.
Along her travels, Akai uncovered the power of fire within herself, and took this as an opportunity to strike out in her vengeance in all the more rage. Though not entirely sure who she was looking for, Akai found a few of the villains that had destroyed her past and wrought her vengeance, only to be left feeling empty on this inside, questioning if her actions had made her any better than they. When she had a run-in with a “ghost from her past”, Akai came away with the scar on her face a broken heart.
For a long while she remained spiteful and cruel, looking out for herself and only herself, but gradually over time her heart changed due to a horrible accident she could have prevented if she’d not been so selfish, and she began looking out for others when she realized people could experience the exact same horrors as her. Akai’s methods tend to be unconventional and typically rash; straying far from the boundaries of law to get the heroic and right thing done.
