Power Name: Minor Charisma (1slot above human)
Catagory: Biological
Description: very minor Charisma he can talk to people really well and they have a slightly higher chance of him liking them
Limits: It can't force anyone to do anything all it is is good public speaking
Extra: I was wondering if this could eventually be upgraded with a lot of extra slots (long time from now) to become compulsion?

Power Name: Minor shadow control (three slots above)
Catagory: Supernatural
Description: The ability to cloak himself in shadows as long as there are shadows present, and he can temporarily blind people by stopping light from reaching them.
Limits: no power weapon here, just used to hide in corners and stop people from seeing him.

Power Name: Really hard fingernails (1 point above human)
Catagory: Biological
Description: fingernails that can really scratch hard and won't break as easily
Limits: Nothing like wolverine's claws or sabertooth's nails, just slightly harder fingernails
Extra: I was wondering if this could eventually be upgraded with extra slots to become something similar to sabertooth's but longer?

Minor Charisma is approved at one slot.

Minor Shadow Control is approved at three slots. If you make it so he is only hidden when he is perfectly still you can drop it to two slots.

Really hard fingernails is approved at one slot.

If you want to use poisons and acid, that needs to take up power slots in the technology category.

Any powers can be upgraded later.

im not using poisons or acids just yet, he has nothing to use them in, they are in vials at his house and he spilt them on himself so its almost a love hate relationship between chemistry and himself right now

Okay. Now make sure you make a thread in Power Database where you put all your approved powers.

And just a quick note, you don't need to specially buy vials or anything like that. Unless an item is incredibly special you can just have it.

no as in they aren't usable unless i want to start chucking vials of acid around which would be stupid as they probably wouldn't break unless they hit really hard

hey so can i drop the fingernails and instead get

Power Name: minor energy drain (1 point above human)
Category: supernatural
Description: If he is touching a person's forehead, he can drain a trickle of their energy into himself.
Limits: He has to be touching the forehead, and its slow and if the connection breaks it stops. Also the person is still conscious through this process so can fight

Limits: cannot harm the person.
