Hopefully this is satisfactory.

Power Name: Telepathy
Category: Supernatural
Description: Peisinoe, due to her high mental power afforded her by her siren blood, can read people’s minds, even pulling up specific information. It also allows her during select circumstances where she is in extreme danger or pain to mentally call out for help.
Limits: The mental strength of the subject she is trying to read determines the clarity and access that she has. An average person, for example, she could easily tap into and pull up any information she wishes, while a stronger subject might make things difficult to read; they could make it so that she could only tell the general emotion of the thought, or even block her entirely. The act of reading and searching minds directly, not just sensing emotion which she does subconsciously, can be highly tiring, increasingly so with the power and struggle that the subject presents.

Power Name: Siren Voice
Category: Biological
Description: This is the power that made the Sirens and their voices famous. With it, Peisinoe can influence the decisions and behavior of the subject through song or spoken word.
Limits: Again, the effect on the subject is determined greatly by their mental strength, ranging from near mind control on an average person, to a barely resistible suggestion for most superhumans, to mere negotiating skills for the strongest of minds. The effect is not permanent, so she could never use it to enslave people and it will not work to force someone to engage in direct self-destruction.

Power Name: Telekinesis
Category: Supernatural
Description: The ability to move things with mental power alone greatly benefits her when she is cornered and the only weapon to be found is on the other side of her attacker. She can select a specific object then will it to move as she pleases. Though the object rests in the iron grip of her mind, it appears to be suspended in the air by nothing at all.
Limits: The strain produced by lifting and maneuvering objects with her mind is many times more extreme than using her physical body. Fine motor skills such as pushing buttons, or sliding a card through a reader are especially tiring and difficult. General movements with relatively light objects are the easiest and least taxing on her. She can also only hold any object up for up to six minutes at a time before it becomes too heavy and she must drop it, because in the same way that when someone lifts something, the longer they hold it the heavier it seems to become, a mentally held object does, but at a highly accelerated rate.

Telepathy approved at two slots.

Siren voice and Telekinesis need to be more defined, and there needs to be more of a limit on Siren Voice. Mind control is an iffy power because you are taking control of a character away from the player.

As for telekinesis... How far is the range? How exactly long can it be maintained? Things like that,

It does not take away the freedom of choice from the subject, but rather opens their mind to suggestion by dulling the thoughts and lulling their defenses.
Limits: Again, the effect on the subject is determined greatly by their mental strength. Also, if the subject is aware of her powers and is actively attempting to stay in control, they can manage to resist; this power works best on subjects who are complacent and unaware of what she is trying to do. The effect is not permanent, so she could never use it to enslave people and it will not work to force someone to engage in the direct destruction of a life.



Power Name: Telekinesis
Category: Supernatural
Description: Telekinesis is the ability to influence the movement of an object wih one's mind. For example, Peisinoe could summon an out-of-reach weapon to her, or push over a stack of crates without touching them. This power has saved her many times when she was cornered by Cleansers.
Limits: Using this power is very tiring and can be painful if she is forced to use it for an extended period of time; she can hold an object this way for only six minutes at most, but the longer she must hold it and the farther away it is, the more painful it becomes; the object must be within twenty-five feet of her for her to be able to use her power on it. She cannot lift extremely heavy objects with this; her telekinetic strength is comparable to an average human on an adrenaline rush, so something like a bus would be far too heavy for her to lift in this fashion on her own.
